About Us
Chris Torbett founded Devtor in 2023, with over a decade’s worth of experience in the residential development sector across the Midlands region. Chris’s experience spans both the public and private sectors (including global real estate advisory firms JLL and Savills), advising individual private landowners and landed estates, as well as large government bodies, on the most appropriate strategies to maximise the value of their land assets. Chris has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since October 2016.
